Highly recommend!We had a brilliant day led by Sean. The canoing was the highlight, so relaxing and easy.Sean shared history of the area, took exceptional photos and shared his deep knowledge of the area.As local Perth people this was such a unique and fun way to see the area.

Hands down the best tour me and my partner been on. Sean’s knowledge about the area, his professionalism, his attention to details made our experience amazing.The tour was packed full of experiences. We had an awesome morning out on the river in the canoes, a superb wine tasting experience and a walk to see some beautiful cliff scenery, to mention a few.Ultimately this is a tour that we would gladly and eagerly do a second time.

We had a great time. Sean is fantastic tour guide. Knows his stuff, we asked a lot of questions. Was an all round tour canoeing, cultural, wine tasting and walking. If you only do one tour in Margaret River it should be this one.

This tour was the perfect way to see what Margaret River has to offer. My partner and I were only in Margaret River for 2 nights and this tour captured all the highlights in one trip. Canoeing on Margaret River was by far my favourite part. The water was so still and the scenes were magical. Sean was the perfect tour guide. Knowledgeable, accomodating and very welcoming. You definitely get your moneys worth on this trip. Would highly recommend Sean and this Margaret River discovery tour to anyone visiting the area.

What a tour! From the moment he picked us up at our accommodation, Sean was an amazing host.We had our two kids (10 and 7) with us, and Sean included them perfectly all day.The canoe ride was stunning-couldn’t have asked for a better setting.The coffee was delicious and the beach views beautiful.Local honey and indigenous history appreciation at the waterfall was great.Local produce for lunch and amazing wines at Fraser Gallop Estate. Our behind the scenes access really added to the experience!Loved the 4WD adventure to the cliffs walk-a perfect day topped off with a whale sighting and beautiful sunlight over the Indian Ocean.Sean happily shared his extensive knowledge of the local area and brought Margaret River to life for us. The overall experience was priceless. Thank you!

Amazing tour from Sean, great local knowledge and history of the region with a real passion for the beauty of the area. It was great to see parts of Margaret River we'd never seen before in 6 years of visiting. Great sense of humour and really cares about everyone having the best experience possible.

The tour with Sean yesterday was terrific! There were three couples on the tour with lots of camaraderie and banter during the day. Sean is so knowledgeable that he kept a running dialogue going about what we were seeing and doing.We started with an easy paddle in the canoes on Margaret Lake. It was so calm, the paddling was easy. We visited a winery and had a fan fantastic tasting and sumptuous lunch. We drove to the coast and walked along the trail getting magnificent views of the ocean and beaches.I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to add a little adventure beyond just wine tasting in the region.

We had a most wonderful tour with Sean last Friday.He is relaxed, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and so is a wonderful guide - and he has designed a lovely, varied, and interesting day for his guests.We would strongly recommend the a unique and memorable tour to other visitors.

We had the most amazing time with Sean! It was our first trip to Margaret River and I am so glad we booked the discovery private tour. The canoe down Margaret River itself was the most special part of the experience for us, followed very closely by the secret lookout at the Cape to Cape Walk. We even managed a private wine tasting and lunch at a winery with our 2 boys, which I initially thought they wouldn’t survive, but Sean did a great job keeping them entertained. Sean also took plenty of photos of us and sent us the ones he liked best, which is a really nice touch. It was such a amazing experience from start to end, we are planning for another trip back before year end. Totally recommending Discovery Tours to everyone heading to Margs!
